After the investigation is complete and if the investigation follows the direction of a product failure, we recognize subrogation potential and inform our clients.  We have been involved with initiating several recalled products in the past and will continue to conduct our investigations with an eyes wide open approach.  Whether it is a product defect, improper installation or defect in workmanship, our investigators with recognize, document and report this in our thorough and comprehensive reporting process.
