Rob Helmkamp is our lead
investigator. Rob joined ACS
from a major law enforcement department in Kansas in 1999.
Rob earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Central
Missouri State University, majoring in Criminal
Justice and Fire Science. Rob resides in Wood River, is licensed as a Private
Detective in Illinois and covers both Illinois and Missouri. Email

Mark Behan joined
ACS in February 1999.
Mark's background is from the fire service where he
serves as a full time fire investigator for the St.
Louis City Fire Investigation Unit. Email Mark
Chris
Silman joined ACS in September 2001. Chris has an extensive
background and experience in fire investigations from his 20 plus
years as an Investigator and Inspector with the Kennett, Missouri Fire
Department and the Missouri State Fire Marshal's Office.
Chris lives in Benton, Missouri and covers Southern Missouri, Illinois,
Kentucky and Northern Arkansas. Email Chris
Mike Limmer joined ACS
in September 2004. Mike is based in St. Peters, Missouri and covers
central Missouri. Mike has investigated cases in Missouri, Illinois,
Indiana, Kansas and throughout the Midwest. Mike's main training
was with the St. Louis City Fire Department for 20 years. One of
Mike's last assignments was with the Fire Investigation Unit.
Cory Gerstenschlager
joined ACS August 2006 as an experienced fire investigator.
Cory is based in Festus Missouri and conducts investigations in the
St. Louis area as well as the central section of the state.
Cory's training and background is from law enforcement and has
proven to be one of the best investigators in the business.

in September 2003 as the Office Coordinator/Manager. Anne
has over 12 years of management experience in both the public and
